Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping at Tingit. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily utilize Omniva Parcel Terminals & Home Delivery for our deliveries.
3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly through the link provided in the email or via your Shopify customer account.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
UAB "Rebel origin" is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Orders within the European Union are generally exempt from additional customs duties but include local VAT (21%) as reflected at checkout.
5. DAMAGES AND LOSS
UAB "Rebel origin" is responsible for the products until they reach the delivery address provided.

If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Please take photos of the damaged packaging immediately upon receipt to assist us in resolving the issue with the carrier.
6. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
We are not responsible for lost packages if the shipping address provided during the checkout process was incorrect or incomplete. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to re-send the items.
7. DELIVERY TO P.O. BOXES OR PARCEL TERMINALS
In Lithuania and the Baltics, we support delivery to Parcel Terminals (Paštomatai). Please ensure you select the correct terminal location during the Shopify checkout process. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
