TERMS OF SERVICE: TINGIT SHOP

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase of products from the Tingit online shop (the “Shop”). The Shop is operated under the brand name Tingit by the company responsible for all transactions and legal obligations:

By placing an order in the Shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. Scope: These Terms apply to the sale of goods by UAB "Rebel origin" (the “Seller”) to the customer (“Customer” or “you”).

1.2. Eligibility: By using the Shop, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Lithuanian law.

2. CONCLUSION OF THE SALE

2.1. The Order: By completing the checkout process, the Customer makes an offer to purchase the goods.

2.2. The Contract: A purchase agreement between UAB "Rebel origin" and the Customer is considered concluded only when the Seller sends an order confirmation or dispatches the goods.

2.3. Inventory: All orders are subject to stock availability. In the event an item is unavailable, we will refund the full amount promptly.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

3.1. Currency and Taxes: All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT at the applicable rate (21%).

3.2. Payment: We accept payments via the methods indicated at checkout. Payment is processed through secure third-party providers.

3.3. Delivery Fees: Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery method and location and are clearly displayed before final payment.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

4.1. Delivery Area: We deliver to the regions specified in our shipping policy.

4.2. Responsibility: UAB "Rebel origin" is responsible for the goods until they are delivered to the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer.

4.3. Timelines: While we aim for rapid fulfillment, delivery times are estimates. UAB "Rebel origin" is not liable for delays caused by carrier services or customs procedures.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

5.1. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@tingit.com. Upon receiving your request, we will guide you through the next steps. 

EU's 14-Day Return Policy: In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without providing a reason.

5.2. Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned goods, UAB "Rebel origin" will refund the purchase price (excluding standard delivery costs) within 10 working days.

6. WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS

6.1. Legal Warranty: UAB "Rebel origin" provides a statutory 2-year warranty for product defects (for consumers).

6.2. Defective Goods: If a product is defective, the Customer has the right to request a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1. General Limitation: To the extent permitted by law, UAB "Rebel origin’s” liability is limited to the price of the products purchased.

7.2. Usage: We are not liable for any damage resulting from the improper use of our products or failure to follow the care instructions provided.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1. All trademarks, images, and text used in the Shop are the property of UAB "Rebel origin" or its partners. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. DATA PROTECTION

9.1. We process your personal data (name, address, email, payment info) solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and providing customer support, in compliance with GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

10.1. Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

10.2. Disputes: Any disagreements shall be settled via mutual negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, consumers may submit a claim to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. Legal disputes will be handled by the courts in Vilnius, Lithuania.
